HolyApps ("we", "our", or "us") builds mobile applications for everyday life. This privacy policy explains how our apps handle your information.
This policy applies to all apps published by HolyApps, including:
Our apps do not require an account, login, or any personal information to use. All app data — including your bookmarks, highlights, notes, and settings — is stored locally on your device and is never sent to any server.
Our apps do not include any analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party data collection tools. We do not track your usage, behavior, or any other activity within the app.
Most of our apps work fully offline and make no network requests at all. The one exception is Hello World Travel Kit, which fetches live currency exchange rates from a third-party rate provider (open.er-api.com). These requests retrieve public rate data only — no personal information, account, device identifier, or location is ever sent. The latest rates are cached on your device so the app keeps working offline.
Some of our apps offer optional local notifications (such as prayer reminders). These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device using the operating system's built-in notification system. No data about your notification preferences or interactions is sent to us or any third party.
Our apps do not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Our apps are safe for users of all ages.
Our apps do not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. There are no ads, no analytics platforms, and no social media integrations. Hello World Travel Kit contacts a public currency-rate API (open.er-api.com) to show live exchange rates, and can open official government websites in your browser for visa information — neither receives any personal data from us.
All data generated by the app (such as your settings, bookmarks, saved preferences, and — for Hello World Travel Kit — your home country, passport selection, and cached exchange rates) is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app, this data will be deleted. We have no ability to access, recover, or restore your local data.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
